IT Support & Networking Intern

• Shadow and then assist our IT support engineers on client visits across Kathmandu Valley.
• Help set up user machines, install software, configure email accounts and troubleshoot everyday IT problems.
• Assist with network installations, cabling, switch and access point configuration.
• Learn ticketing discipline - logging, updating and closing tickets with proper notes.
• Support the workshop with hardware diagnostics, assembly and testing.
• Help maintain the client asset register and service documentation.

• Final-year student or recent graduate in IT, Computer Engineering, Electronics, BCA, BIT or a related diploma programme.

• No professional experience required.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, Windows and networking concepts.
• Genuine interest in infrastructure and support work, not just development.

• A two-wheeler licence is an advantage for client visits (travel allowance provided).
• Available full-time for at least three months.
• Patience and courtesy with users is as important here as technical skill.

Paid internship - monthly stipend based on performance and attendance. Interns who perform well receive a pre-placement offer (PPO) for a full-time role at the end of the programme.
