Job Responsibilities
  • Design brand identities: logos, colour systems, typography and the brand guideline document that keeps them consistent.
  • Produce social media creative, ad sets, banners, thumbnails and campaign assets at the pace an agency requires.
  • Design print collateral - brochures, standees, packaging, visiting cards, signage - and prepare press-ready files with correct bleed, colour mode and resolution.
  • Design presentation decks and proposal documents for the business team.
  • Maintain an organised, named, versioned asset library that other people can navigate.
  • Coordinate with printers and vendors on proofs, materials and delivery timelines.
Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or a related field.
  • Strong portfolios from self-taught designers are accepted.
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 3 years in an agency, in-house studio or serious freelance practice.
  • Fluent in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign; Figma and Canva for speed work.
  • Demonstrable understanding of typography, hierarchy, grid and colour.
  • Practical print production knowledge - CMYK, bleed, spot colours, paper stocks.
Additional Requirements
  • Portfolio link or PDF required with your application.
  • You can take a rough brief and come back with three genuinely different directions.
  • Nepali typography and Devanagari type-setting experience is valued.
Salary

Negotiable - based on your skills, experience and the practical assessment. We pay at Kathmandu market rate and review salaries at six months for strong performers.
