Takes about 3 minutes. Have your CV ready as a PDF.
Job Responsibilities
  • Own paid media strategy, build and daily optimisation across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads.
  • Manage client budgets responsibly and report cost per lead, cost per acquisition and return on ad spend honestly - including when a campaign is not working.
  • Build conversion tracking properly: GA4 events, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Conversions API, offline conversion imports.
  • Design and run structured tests on audiences, creative, landing pages and bidding strategies.
  • Write and iterate ad copy; brief the creative team on the assets each campaign needs.
  • Work with the web team on landing page conversion rate optimisation - traffic is only half the job.
  • Produce monthly performance reviews and quarterly plans for each account.
Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics or a related field.
  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications strongly preferred.
Experience Requirements
  • 2 to 5 years running paid campaigns with real accountability for spend.
  • You have personally managed at least NPR 1,000,000 (or equivalent) in cumulative ad spend.
  • Fluent in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio and the Meta Ads Manager reporting stack.
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets: pivot tables, blended CAC models, basic cohort analysis.
  • E-commerce and lead-generation funnel experience both valued.
Additional Requirements
  • You are numerate and sceptical - you check attribution before you celebrate.
  • You can defend a budget recommendation to a client who wants to cut it.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads or TikTok Ads is a bonus.
Salary

Negotiable - senior band, based on demonstrated ownership and delivery record. Reviewed at six months, with a performance bonus tied to project delivery.

Compensation & Other Benefits
  • Competitive salary reviewed annually, plus performance-based increments
  • Festival bonus (Dashain/Tihar) and leave encashment as per company policy
  • Provident fund, gratuity and insurance in line with the Nepal Labour Act
  • Five-day working week with flexible start hours; hybrid options for eligible roles
  • Paid annual leave, sick leave and all gazetted public holidays
  • Company-funded certifications, courses and conference passes
  • Modern hardware, licensed tools and a quiet, well-equipped office in Tokha
  • A clear career track with six-monthly reviews - we promote from within first
